Collaborate with pre-sales to craft tailored solutions using large format printers, boost sales efforts to meet targets, and increase the customer base through new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Technical Expertise
-Possess in-depth knowledge of large format printers, including features, specifications, and capabilities.
-Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor products.
Customer Needs Assessment
-Co-develop customers together with partners with the objective of increasing customer spend on products.
-Engage identified customers demonstrate selling techniques.
Product Demonstrations
-Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients to showcase the benefits and capabilities of large format printers.
Technical Consultations
-Provide technical guidance and advice to customers during the sales process.
-Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding the technical aspects of large format printers.
Documentation
-Create and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Training and Education
-Develop and deliver training sessions for internal sales teams and customers to enhance their understanding of large format printer solutions
Critical work experience
Minimum 3 years in B2B business setting, sales & marketing experience.
