Job Summary 

• This is a permanent position in the Robotics Solution department as sales support function. Support and perform transactional activities for order fulfilment to Robot business unit customers, generate sales revenue to company and directly contribute to increased revenue targets set as per business plan.

• Perform checks and management of communications with ESC (Epson Sales Company) / internally / SEC (Seiko Epson Corporation), to align with order requirement, shipping, and documentation in timely manner. 

Key Accountabilities 

• Sales order management (for robots, options & spare parts) 

➢ Accept and process PO to sales and service order timely. 

➢ Issue PO to SEC (Seiko Epson Corporation), Enter PO numbers into the Order Information System. 

➢ Issue delivery orders, generate DN. 

➢ Generate invoice to client/channels upon shipment to ensure revenue recognition. 

➢ Coordinate with factory/warehouse and SEC on delivery schedule and shipment documents. 

➢ Provide Robot BU manager with next two months delivery schedule from OIS. 

➢ Liaise with account manager to process credit block / release. 

➢ Issue pack/ship instruction requests to logistics team. • Strategic inventory & demo unit management 

➢ Work with sales members and Managers on strategic inventory plan. 

➢ Liaise with sales and SEC for optimum strategic inventory management and regular updates. 

➢ Fixed assets loan using DUMAS (Demo Unit Management) system. 

➢ Work with logistics on transportation of demo units to event location. 

• Quotation/account creation 

➢ Liaise with PM (Product Manager) / ESC / SEC to arrange quotations, account creation. 

➢ New customer account creation, create and maintain global customer codes. 

➢ Liaise with PM on pricelists updates to system, issue quotes to ESCs for special price/customised items. 

➢ Liaise with account managers to issue quotations. 

➢ Monitor/follow-up on overdue orders backlog. 

➢ Adhere to SOP document process. 

➢ Work on salesforce platform to create account and support to sales activities. 

• Process and administrative support 

➢ Assist department manager in necessary administrative support, document archiving, keep track of unit movement. 

➢ Support/back up team member on related order admin matters. 

➢ Respond to in-warranty and out-of-warranty request (parts/services/training) from CS engineer and arrange shipment/documentation accordingly. 

➢ Provide support to manager including analysing business process and enhancement for Robot BU. 

➢ Participate in process automation with internal department initiative to increase productivity, workflow optimisation and procedures. 

➢ Manage SKU management in SAP Material Management to regularly update any parts modification made by SEC. 

➢ Generation of sales order list for filling etc.
