Job description:

Job Summary 

• This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and plays a pivotal role in advancing the digital presence and marketing efforts of the organisation. This role will manage a small team of digital marketing members, and is required to have strong technical proficiency, project and people management skills. 

Job Responsibilities 

• E-commerce Management 

➢ Drive and optimize the organization’s e-commerce initiatives and collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance the online purchasing journey. 

• Digital Campaign Management 

➢ Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns utilizing the marketing automation systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pardot or HubSpot. 

➢ Develop strategies for effective online engagement and lead generation. 

➢ Manage dashboard development and analytics to monitor and report on campaign results. 

• Web Management 

➢ Oversee and manage web-related activities with experience in content management tool, Interwoven or Hybris. 

➢ Manage website revamp projects, ensuring a seamless transition and improved user experience. 

➢ Ensure the seamless functioning, optimization, and user experience enhancement of digital platforms. 

• Technical Proficiency 

➢ Demonstrate strong technical skills, including proficiency in HTML and coding languages. 

➢ Lead in adoption of new digital marketing technologies. 

• Agency Management 

➢ Collaborate with external agencies, providing clear directives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. ➢ Manage relationships with agencies to meet project deadlines and campaign objectives. 

• Stakeholder Management 

➢ Effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders at various levels. 

➢ Ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with broader brand and communication goals. 

Qualifications & Job Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field. 

• Proven experience in e-commerce/web management. 

• Strong proficiency in digital marketing campaign management. 

• Excellent project management skills to ensure deadlines are met. 

• Technical acumen with a solid understanding of HTML and coding languages. 

• Experience in managing digital marketing team, external agencies and collaborating with cross functional teams.
