Job Summary 

\n\n

• Support service parts inventory management 

\n\n

• Coordinate fulfilment of parts distributors’ orders 

\n\n

• Support tech team and service partners on spare parts related matters 

\n\n

• Processing returned defective parts and DOA main units 

\n\n

• Processing defective consumable claims 

\n\n

Key Accountabilities 

\n\n

• Supporting Service Parts Inventory Management 

\n\n

\u27A2 Maintain balanced inventory consistent with service requirement and targets. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Support inventory forecast and ordering. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Ensure timely parts stock-up for new models via recommendation from technical team/Regional HQ. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Communicate with Regional HQ, Partners and Supply Chain on parts related matters. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Update and maintain spare parts pricing in SAP and SPI website in accordance to price setting mechanism. \u27A2 Prepare performance and inventory reports for timely submission. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Review and proposed parts write-off based on policy defined criteria • Coordinate Fulfilment of Parts Distributors’ Orders 

\n\n

\u27A2 Process orders from Parts Distributors. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Obtain Parts Distributors forecast monthly. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Provide monthly updates to Parts Distributors on new parts info and price changes, if any. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Report Parts Distributors sales monthly. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Follow-up on overdue payments. 

\n\n

• Support Tech Team and Service Partners on Spare Parts Related Matters 

\n\n

\u27A2 Process spare parts warranty claims (in-warranty & over-warranty). 

\n\n

\u27A2 Provide weekly ETA update on spart parts shortage. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Support queries raised pertaining to parts (courier, shortage, changes in SKU, etc) 

\n\n

• Processing Returned Defective Parts and Main Units 

\n\n

\u27A2 Coordinate the monthly reverse-logistics of defective parts from Service Partners. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Coordinate physical verification of returned defective parts and main units @ warehouse. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Write-off returned defective main units from SAP system monthly. 

\n\n

• Processing of Defective Consumable Claims 

\n\n

\u27A2 Conduct tests and physical checks on consumables. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Ensure warranty claim submissions for consumables meet criteria before submission. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Process all consumable warranty claims promptly. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Coordinate with dealers and customers for the collection of consumables. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Responsible for proper storage and disposal of faulty consumables. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Good data analysis and visualization capability. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Proficient in spreadsheet applications. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Organized and meticulous in dealing with large data sets. 

\n\n

• Critical Work Experience 

\n\n

\u27A2 Experienced in parts management and forecasting, particularly in small item SKUs. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Skilled in communication with suppliers, partners, and customers. 

\n\n

\u27A2 Proficient in data collection and analysis to solve problems and enhance support.
