Specialization: SALES ENGINEERING OR TECHNICAL OR IT Job description: Job Summary • To plan and implement sales strategies/activities to meet assigned sales target. • To increase customer base by prospecting and creating new business opportunities. Key Accountabilities • To develop and enhance relationship with end users by effective end-users’ coverage through regular visits and liaisons and creating new opportunities. • To increase customer base/develop close business relationship with existing business partner and system integrators and resellers through regular visits and liaison and creating new opportunities. • Prospecting and monitor business partners sales performance/end users demand and project status. • To leverage on existing end users/business partners contact (distributors, resellers & CS end user database) and create/gather new funnels/potential tender. • To prepare presentation materials and conduct presentation to new and existing government customers and system integrators on product range and new products. • To follow-up on the outstanding sales orders/issues. • To communicate and provide feedback on sales and marketing programmes. • To support pre-sales and post-sales activities, to propose new creative solutions to ensure customers satisfaction. • To engage in assigned accounts by giving real time supports, regular customers visit to meet customers’ business needs. • Able to conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, to establish and maintain contact with existing and potential customers. • To participate in ad hoc projects or assignment as directed by the HOD. Key Job Requirements • Job / Skills Competencies ➢ Strong sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion and closing of sales. ➢ Able to create and deliver compelling sales presentations. ➢ Able to conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and propose solutions. ➢ Resourceful, problem solving and critical thinking skills. ➢ Good written and verbal communication skills. • Critical Work Experience ➢ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling government sales projects, SI dealers & users with a valid sales track record. ➢ Proven track record of success in corporate sales, account management or a related field.
