Job Summary
• Responsible for direct selling products and/or services to customers by understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions.
Key Accountabilities
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Pitch and sell products or services by establishing contact with potential clients and building positive relationships.
• Deliver product demonstrations to customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting sales targets.
• Maintain customer relationships by providing support, gathering feedback, and conveying customer requirements to the product development teams.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Critical Work Experience
➢ Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business setting.
➢ Label (prime or secondary) market experience.
➢ Experience in managing channel particularly in the B2B environment.
➢ Direct sales experience in B2B environment.
➢ Sound knowledge of commercial or industrial print technologies – both conventional and digital
