Job Summary
Manage and ensure smooth, efficient shipment operations across multiple countries/regions.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers.
Oversee FTZ warehouse operations and ensure compliance with trade and customs regulations.
Optimize trade compliance under Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
Key Responsibilities
3PL & FTZ Warehouse Management
Establish warehousing processes for new products/businesses.
Ensure FTZ compliance and accurate customs reporting.
Coordinate inbound/outbound flows between FTZ and domestic/international sites.
Oversee Dangerous Goods handling in line with IATA regulations.
Support inventory accuracy, audits, and stock takes.
Import & Export Operations
Select and manage shipping modes and routes based on cost, lead time, and reliability.
Coordinate shipment arrangements with freight forwarders and service providers.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BL, permits, etc.).
Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
Trade Compliance
Ensure all shipments meet international trade, customs, and safety standards.
Apply FTA rules to maximize duty savings.
Liaise with customs authorities and internal trade compliance teams.
Keep updated on regional trade and FTA regulations.
Administrative & System Support
Provide shipment updates to internal business units and regional SCM/Product teams.
Perform SAP transactions (Goods Receipt, Posting, Stock Transfer).
Provide freight cost estimates for analysis.
Monitor and manage 3PL KPIs.
Handle ad-hoc logistics and SCM tasks.
