Specialization: MARKETING OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Job description: Job Summary • Lead a team of Product Managers to drive portfolio strategy and business growth. • Responsible for achieving sales targets and market share objectives. • Set the vision and direction for the assigned product portfolio and go-to-market plans. • Oversee the full product lifecycle from launch, promotions, and demand generation to EOL planning. • Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Regional HQ, and strategic partners. Key Accountabilities • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Product Managers to deliver on business objectives. • Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and channel plans. • Oversee product lifecycle management, from launch to promotions, demand generation, and EOL planning. • Drive impactful marketing programs (e.g. roadshows, launches, partnerships, webinars) to increase product visibility and leads. • Partner with Sales to support projects, tenders, and special pricing while aligning with Regional HQ on stock and strategies. • Monitor changes in the marketplace and identify gaps and opportunities for new sales/market opportunities via collaborations with 3rd party products or solutions. • Manage A&P budgets, monitor portfolio performance, and optimize stock levels to meet inventory targets. Key Job Requirements • Job / Skills Competencies ➢ Product Marketing –Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, define product positioning and messaging, and manage product launches and promotions. ➢ Market Analysis – Analyse and interpret market data, research, and sales reports to identify market size, customer segments, and buying trends. ➢ Marketing Program Management – Plan and implement integrated marketing programs across online and offline platforms (e.g. webinars, lead generation, social media campaigns, sales promotions, and partner initiatives). ➢ Interpersonal & Communication Skills – Strong ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders. ➢ Planning & Organization – Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and ensuring timely execution of strategies. ➢ Problem Solving – Able to identify issues, analyse root causes, and develop effective solutions quickly.
