Specialization: MARKETING OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Job description: Job Summary \n\n• Lead a team of Product Managers to drive portfolio strategy and business growth. \n\n• Responsible for achieving sales targets and market share objectives. \n\n• Set the vision and direction for the assigned product portfolio and go-to-market plans. \n\n• Oversee the full product lifecycle from launch, promotions, and demand generation to EOL planning. \n\n• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Regional HQ, and strategic partners. \n\nKey Accountabilities \n\n• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Product Managers to deliver on business objectives. \n\n• Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and channel plans. \n\n• Oversee product lifecycle management, from launch to promotions, demand generation, and EOL planning. \n\n• Drive impactful marketing programs (e.g. roadshows, launches, partnerships, webinars) to increase product visibility and leads. \n\n• Partner with Sales to support projects, tenders, and special pricing while aligning with Regional HQ on stock and strategies. \n\n• Monitor changes in the marketplace and identify gaps and opportunities for new sales/market opportunities via collaborations with 3rd party products or solutions. \n\n• Manage A&P budgets, monitor portfolio performance, and optimize stock levels to meet inventory targets.
