Job description:

Job Summary

• Lead a team of Product Managers to drive portfolio strategy and business growth.

• Responsible for achieving sales targets and market share objectives.

• Set the vision and direction for the assigned product portfolio and go-to-market plans.

• Oversee the full product lifecycle from launch, promotions, and demand generation to EOL planning.

• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Regional HQ, and strategic partners.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Product Managers to deliver on business objectives.

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and channel plans.

• Oversee product lifecycle management, from launch to promotions, demand generation, and EOL planning.

• Drive impactful marketing programs (e.g. roadshows, launches, partnerships, webinars) to increase product visibility and leads.

• Partner with Sales to support projects, tenders, and special pricing while aligning with Regional HQ on stock and strategies.

• Monitor changes in the marketplace and identify gaps and opportunities for new sales/market opportunities via collaborations with 3rd party products or solutions.

• Manage A&P budgets, monitor portfolio performance, and optimize stock levels to meet inventory targets. Key Job Requirements
