Job description:
- Support onboarding and offboarding process of employee.
- Track and monitor of renewal of employment contract, retirement and related.
- Prepare employee letters such as certification, probation confirmation letter.
- Arrange for get well soon basket, wreath, new-born gift etc to employees.
- Update organization chart.
- Process invoices for payment.
- Responsible for opening contract in SAP Ariba.
- Responsible for Company Procurement Agreement and Statement of Work to DocuSign.
- Support vendor maintenance form.
- Coordinate employee annual flu vaccination and senior management executives’ health screening.
- Update record in HRMS and checker to the record inputted by payroll vendor.
- Register for training programme with external training provider.
- Maintaining training records.
- Perform other HR administration and ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager.
