Leasing Manager

• Generally responsible for the success of the Leasing team (ie growth in revenue & occupancy rate)
• Set Leasing  Strategies, Business Plans and Budgets
• Set KPIs for members within the Leasing  team 
• Ensure all administration and documentations ie; letter of offers, tenancy agreements, renewals are thoroughly vetted, executed and maintained in a timely and orderly manner
• Supervise Leasing  team & set up a routine for on site viewings 
• Plan and implement marketing activities for each venue
• Proactively search for new tenants  
• Negotiate new leases, maintain ongoing lease relationships and negotiate changes if needed
• Ensure rental collection, outstanding and debt recovery are prudently managed.
• Prepare and present monthly management report to directors based on data extracted from Property Management software
