Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing
• Accurately prepare and process payroll for all employees.
• Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and wages
Compliance and Record-Keeping
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Prepare and file all necessary tax forms and reports.
Data Management
• Manage and update employee payroll records in the payroll system.
• Handle new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
Benefits Administration
• Coordinate with HR to manage employee benefits deductions and contributions.
• Assist in the administration of medical outpatient, insurance and other benefits.
Issue Resolution
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries related to payroll.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and integrity.
Reporting:
• Generate and distribute payroll reports to management as required.
• Analyze payroll data and provide insights to support financial planning and decision making.
