Job description:
Job Responsibilities - Ensure the work facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance on regular basis.
- Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as cleaning, security, door access system , CCTV etc
- Be the advisor to business on any measurements to improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the facilities.
- Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects.
- Planning the upcoming needs and requirements for facilities by surveying and forecasting the market trend.
- Key contact person for any emergencies arise at workplace.
- Managing budgets and assist in assets management.
- Manage procurement and office administrative tasks include OSHA management.
- Supervising day to day administrative work. Such as, office administration; building management liaison; facility management and organize maintenance of office equipment.
Job Requirements - Graduate from Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience and preferably 3 years of experience in managing subordinate.
- Good knowledge in electrical wiring, UPS, Genset equipment.
- Good communication skills to deal with different level or counterparts.
- Experience in administrative task.
- Good in completing task according to multiple datelines.
