Job description:

1.    TALENT ACQUISITION 

  • Work closely with hiring manager to identify the staffing needs and determining the selection criteria for all level of hiring.
  • Provide best hiring strategy to fulfil the manpower request.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screening, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Ensure the job advertisement is available to applicant internally and externally.
  • Provide recommendation and evaluation result to the hiring managers to ease the selection process.
  • Assist applicant on the documentation and pre-onboard process.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment initiatives.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline of qualified applicants for future hiring purposes.
  • Vendor management would be the secondary important task as talent acquisition team member.
  • Provide support to any ad-hoc project within HR Department.

2.    SHARED SERVICES 

  • Data maintenance for active and resigned Officers via Human Resource Management Database.
  • To monitor and maintain personal files.
  • Prepare offer letters, salary revision letters, warning letters, transfer letters, and termination letters.
  • Assist to generate OT report by monthly basis and analysing OT data accurately for payroll processing.
  • Ensure all Leave & Attendance data is generating accurately, effectively & timely.
