Job description:
1. TALENT ACQUISITION - Work closely with hiring manager to identify the staffing needs and determining the selection criteria for all level of hiring.
- Provide best hiring strategy to fulfil the manpower request.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screening, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Ensure the job advertisement is available to applicant internally and externally.
- Provide recommendation and evaluation result to the hiring managers to ease the selection process.
- Assist applicant on the documentation and pre-onboard process.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment initiatives.
- Build a robust talent pipeline of qualified applicants for future hiring purposes.
- Vendor management would be the secondary important task as talent acquisition team member.
- Provide support to any ad-hoc project within HR Department.
2. SHARED SERVICES - Data maintenance for active and resigned Officers via Human Resource Management Database.
- To monitor and maintain personal files.
- Prepare offer letters, salary revision letters, warning letters, transfer letters, and termination letters.
- Assist to generate OT report by monthly basis and analysing OT data accurately for payroll processing.
- Ensure all Leave & Attendance data is generating accurately, effectively & timely.
