Company Background

Our client is a multinational booking agency which covers packages and solution for rentals, flights, hotels, and airport transfers. They are looking for a passionate and responsible Customer Service Representatives, to be based at Kuala Lumpur (walking distance from Mid Valley & Abdullah Hukum Train Station)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of customers (guests and partners) through communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.
  • Meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
  • Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc.

Requirement:

  • Min Diploma holder and above
  • 1 year working experience in call center
  • Open to work 24/7 shifts, possibility of having midnight shift once a year ONLY (5 working days/week, 2 off days)
  • Proficient in Cantonese (Spoken) and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
