Job description:
Job Type: Permanent Based: Bukit Raja, Klang Department: Supply Chain Division Requirements: - Degree in any business studies / Supply Chain Management
- Fresh graduate (on the job training will be provided) or 1 – 2 years’ experience in supply chain / automotive industry
- Good spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Candidate with the ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Good in Mathematics, analysis skills, soft skills and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Detailed Job Duties: - Monitor daily / weekly / monthly delivery requirements from the customers
- Liaise with the customers to identify their needs and orders on monthly basis
- To monitor the stock inventory to ensure sufficient stock on hands
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on prices, delivery schedule, etc.
- Prepare and work out the quotation based on the standard scheme
- Maintain good business relationship with customers
- Resolve quality issues together with the quality control team
- Support ad hoc request from customers and superiors as and when required.
