Job description:
Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support in recruitment activities for contractors.
- Strategically source, plan, and execute recruitment activities, including drafting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing practical arrangements.
- Collaborate with external agencies for contractor selection and contract issuance.
- Review and validate Letters of Agreement for contractors before obtaining approvals and signatures.
- Assist in managing and maintaining contractor accounts across various platforms/systems, covering staff arrivals, extensions, and separations.
- Collect, check, validate, and record monthly invoices accurately for timely processing.
- Administer timely renewals and extensions of contracts for contractors.
- Ensure timely and thorough contractor performance evaluations, especially for extensions.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR team processes.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements (Experience and Education): - Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in HR with completion of Diploma.
- Alternatively, 4 years with a Degree, or 3 years with Masters.
- Experience in the use of an ERP or Oracle system
