Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and leaders to achieve high-quality results and enhanced productivity.
  • Ensure swift escalation of priority requests and feedback for effective resolution.
  • Actively participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Demonstrate upselling and cross-selling skills, offering alternate solutions and suggestions.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM Certificate qualification.
  • Preference given to candidates with prior call handling experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts, including weekends.
  • Relocation to Berjaya Times Square required.
  • Possession of personal transportation is advantageous.
