Company Overview: We represent one of Malaysia's leading, modern, and innovative network infrastructure telecommunication companies. We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with team members and leaders to achieve high-quality results and enhanced productivity.
- Ensure swift escalation of priority requests and feedback for effective resolution.
- Actively participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
- Demonstrate upselling and cross-selling skills, offering alternate solutions and suggestions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the team leader.
Job Requirements: - Minimum SPM Certificate qualification.
- Preference given to candidates with prior call handling experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts, including weekends.
- Relocation to Berjaya Times Square required.
- Possession of personal transportation is advantageous.
