Job description:

  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. 
  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop and establish sales strategies to generate revenue and expand market share. 
  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products. 
  • Actively develop account development strategies to increase Sales figure from existing as well as new customers. 
  • Accountable for meeting sales targets and marketing objectives as well as new market developments. 
  • Monitors market trends and competition. 
  • Submit timely sales report on weekly, monthly basis. 
  • Assist customers on any technical issues and building good rapport with customers. 
  • Demonstrate strong product, technical and marketing knowledge with a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of the job. 
  • Organize product training, seminar, product introduction for all levels of people as well as to ensure trainees are well trained with successful certification. 
  • On-site support to perform checks, gather information, analyse customers' needs and early failures, make product recommendations, perform testing & follow-ups. 
  • Post-Sales analysis of technical problems, troubleshooting, service and perform product testing to help improve product reliability, safety and maintainability etc. 
  • Manage and maintain technical documents, certifications as well as to develop the training program with tests and update it on an on-going basis. 
  • Ensure ample stock of marketing and training materials. 
  • Handle claims and complaints from customers efficiently and professionally and feedback the same to the relevant department and/or factory for effective solutions. 
  • Undertaking any other sales related tasks that may be required by your Superior from time to time.
