Telesales Executive

About the Role:
\nWe are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Johor Bahru. You will be responsible for promoting and selling fiber packages to potential customers. This role offers attractive incentives based on performance with opportunities to earn a high monthly income.

\nResponsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
\n\t
• Present and promote fiber packages effectively to meet customer needs.
\n\t
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
\n\t
• Provide excellent customer service to build rapport and trust.
\n\t
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
\n\t
• Passionate about sales and achieving results.
\n\t
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
\n\t
• Prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage (but not mandatory).
\n\t
• Based in Johor Bahru or willing to commute.
