· Managing the team to oversee the sales planning and operational support of the business.
· Responsible for strategixing the tactical, bonus and incentive plan
· Support in coordination of CEPS and Fleet venicles
· Formation of sales policies and network communication based on the business direction
· Access to sales profitability with resposbility of simulation the estimate earnings based on vehicles sold to dealership
· Realignment of actual sales against ordering and stocks
· Ensure high level of accuracy from Sales Manager feedback on their branch / outlet sales collection and delivery
· Create a databased to track sales ordering, production and delivery
· Review and monitor wholesales, retail and market share performance
· Work closely with plant on production and delivery timeline, and to touch based on sales plan, strategy and issue
