Job Description

  • Optimized purchases to reduce overall purchasing cost & liability for daily purchases.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for best quality, cost, delivery and service performance.
  • Authorized to place purchase order to appointed Suppliers aligned with company preferred suppliers.
  • Work in collaboration with supplier for on-time deliveries as long-term supply partnership.
  • Coordinate part replacement and handling of supplier non-conformity as reported internally.
  • Material supply contracting, planning and scheduling.
  • Update and Maintain Master Vendor Contact List and Master Part List.
  • Provide timely support and daily follow-up on supply priorities for daily requests.
  • Inventory control to meet company inventory management to ensure on-time replenishment of inventory.
  • Focus on continuous improvement on overall supply chain activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma or Degree holder in Business Studies / Administration / Management, others or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field with manufacturing background is required for this position.
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Candidate from semiconductors/electronic / automotive/ machinery industries are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, etc) is a must.
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP System / MRP System will be an added advantage.
  • Possess good negotiation / communication skills.
