Job description:

Our client specializes in Filters, Lubricants, Batteries and heavy duty diesel engine spare parts; serving a multitude of industries that include Construction, Marine, Power Generation, Mining, Agriculture, Oil & Gas and Transportation.

We seek a Customer Service Executive to join their team, to be based at their office in Puchong, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Purpose

The Executive is responsible for delivering positive experience to customers and preparing the provision of logistics and shipping services for the the client's business in respective regions.

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Job Role and Responsibilities 

  • Interact to build good commercial relationship with all customers.
  • Establish insights into customers’ needs and expectations, and provide inputs for product and service development.
  • Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
  • Establish in-depth working knowledge of the Company’s systems and processes and the logistics industry as a whole.
  • Deliver performance standards to meet service goals of the Company.  
  • Explore feedback and reports to the Company regarding service failures or customer concerns.  
  • Any other duties as & when assigned.

Qualifications

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years in  Customer Service, preferably in logistics, automotive and industrial sectors, and marine industries.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of logistics and operation processes in logistics, automotive and industrial sectors, and marine industries
