Job description:
- Responsible to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops such as reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Meeting up with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Ensure excellent and superior customer experience.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and disposal of demo units programs to capture key demographics.
- Create new market, and maintain excellent customer relationship for fleet account.
- Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate data to superiors.
- Responsible to arrange showroom, roadshow, and other marketing activities.
- Responsible to ensure company to achieve Customer Experience Monitor Scoring set by VCM.
- To oversee showroom Dealer Audit to ensure showroom facilities are up kept, and team members are in accordance with VCM and company.
- Responsible to manage and coordinate the daily operation and administration of outlet.
- Oversee After Sales department operation team performance, targets and customer service.
- Prepare other reporting as needed & other ad-hoc duties.
