Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on all purchase requisition assigned and compliance with FFJMP Procurement Policies and procedures.
• Source for suppliers/sub-contractors, request quotations, evaluate and prepare price comparison and clarify specification whether meet the project requirements 
• To check cost budget control sheet of each project’s handle. 
• To make sure all the selected suppliers/sub-contractors are work within the budget. 
• Negotiate with selected suppliers/sub-contractors on delivery lead-time, payment terms and pricing to secure advantageous terms for the company and to maximize the company’s profits.
• To prepare purchase order and follow up the delivery status time-to-time and update project site if any delay or changes to the schedule.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve issues such as quality or quantity discrepancies (if any).
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/sub-contractors based on factors such as price, quality, reliability and delivery capabilities.
• Assist and support in all areas for procurement team whenever needed.
• To ensure DO & Invoices are received for each delivery. 
• To enter ALL Invoices received to system, create request Payment Request. 
• To process DO and Invoice matching to PO on timely basis to Finance Department.
• Liaise closely with Finance Department for payment arrangement and communicate with suppliers/sub-contractors by updating the payment schedule and status.
• To maintain good relationship with suppliers/sub-contractors.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/management.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Business Admin or related filed.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proactive and self-motivated in problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure. 
• Capability to work independently and manage responsibilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of people.
• Respect punctuality and able to work cooperatively with staffs.
