Sourcing Executive

• Liaise with oversea customers & suppliers on the sports accessories sourcing products.
• Communicate and drive implementation opportunities for global customers.
• Responsible for the procurement of development. Negotiated prices/ term so as to provide customers with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality and delivery performance.
• Set up proper product data, code creation, manage packaging & shipping instruction.
• Ensure procurement & proper documentation for the issue & receipt of orders.
• Responsible to conduct logistic arrangement for entire order.
• Responsible to ensure goods are purchased according to required specifications.
• Maintain proper filing system & ensure effective document control for the easy access & retrieval.
