Manage and complete fibre installation with comply to company SOP.
Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA.
Solving customer problems and complaints.
Identify sales opportunities and upsell company products and solutions.
Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning, Smart Home).
Attend periodic training to sharpen skills and knowledge related to fibre.
