Job description:
Job Description - Review and process lease agreements and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the lease administration database, including the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and provide support for lease-related issues as needed.
- Prepare and distribute lease-related correspondence and reports and perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of lease agreements, company policies, and industry best practices.
Job Requirement - Must be able to speak in Mandarin, as needed to liaise with Hong Kong clients.
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate Management, or its equivalent.
- Possess at least 1 year of working experience in handling administrative tasks.
- Possess excellent communication & organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
