Job Description

  • Review and process lease agreements and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the lease administration database, including the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and provide support for lease-related issues as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute lease-related correspondence and reports and perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of lease agreements, company policies, and industry best practices.

 

Job Requirement

  • Must be able to speak in Mandarin, as needed to liaise with Hong Kong clients.
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate Management, or its equivalent.
  • Possess at least 1 year of working experience in handling administrative tasks.
  • Possess excellent communication & organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
