Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for executing the full lifecycle of recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. The successful candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to proactively identify and engage with qualified candidates.

 

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and job specifications.

- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements and organizational culture fit.

- Conduct thorough and structured interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to candidates.

- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.

- Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the negotiation process.

- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to talent acquisition and employment practices.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.

- Proficient in utilizing various sourcing platforms and tools to identify and attract top talent.

- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to effectively evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software applications.

- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry trends related to talent acquisition.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
