Job Descriptions:

-Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

-Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

-Screen candidates resumes and job applications

-Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client

-Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants

-Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client

-Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job

-Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client

-Informing candidates about the results of interviews

-Helping applicants to prepare for interviews

Job Requirements:

-Diploma or Degree in any field.

-Sales driven and possessed strong interest in recruitment industry

-Good communications skill and able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia

-Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
