Job description:
Job Responsibilities: - To be the responsible personnel for new hires.
- To conduct basic/refresher training to new hires.
- Evaluate trainees, identify weaknesses, provide training feedback to leader on a regular basis.
- To ensure upkeep and update of all records and procedures.
- Collaborate to identify company training needs.
- Undertake any relevant duties assigned by the HOD from time to time
Job Requirements: - Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Experience in trainer positions in contact centre is a plus.
