  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate and engage potential customers on available plans and promotions.

  • Promote company products and services through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance metrics.

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • \n\t
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain high productivity and service quality.
  • \n\t
  • Escalate priority issues efficiently to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • \n\t
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management.
  • \n\t
  • Identify areas for process or service improvement and provide constructive feedback to team leaders.

    Demonstrate strong upselling and cross-selling abilities by offering suitable alternatives and product recommendations.

Job Requirement:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Degree with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • \n\t
  • Experience in a contact centre, customer service, customer support, or BPO environment is preferred.
  • \n\t
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • \n\t
  • Open to Malaysian citizens only.
  • \n\t
  • Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays if required.
  • \n\t
  • Fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses) as per government guidelines.
