- Present products effectively and provide detailed information to support sales
- Understand customer needs, build profiles, and offer tailored guidance
- Schedule test drives and maintain accurate customer records in the system
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and local incentives
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work weekends/evenings
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record
