What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll get real, hands-on experience in recruitment, including:

• Sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and online platforms

• Screening resumes and shortlisting potential candidates

• Assisting with interviews and candidate assessments

• Supporting the full recruitment process from start to finish

• Preparing candidate CVs and basic correspondence for clients

• Helping with reference checks and documentation

• Briefing candidates on job roles, salary, and benefits

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating between clients and candidates

• Updating candidates on interview outcomes and feedback

• Helping candidates prepare for interviews and understand job expectations

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree students (any field) or fresh graduates

• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Interested in recruitment, HR, or sales

• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn

• Good people skills and a positive attitude

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
