What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll get real, hands-on experience in recruitment, including:

  Sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and online platforms

  Screening resumes and shortlisting potential candidates

  Assisting with interviews and candidate assessments

  Supporting the full recruitment process from start to finish

  Preparing candidate CVs and basic correspondence for clients

  Helping with reference checks and documentation

  Briefing candidates on job roles, salary, and benefits

  Scheduling interviews and coordinating between clients and candidates

  Updating candidates on interview outcomes and feedback

  Helping candidates prepare for interviews and understand job expectations

  
  

Who We’re Looking For

  Diploma or Degree students (any field) or fresh graduates

  Good command of English, both spoken and written
