Job description:
Job Responsibilities: - Support the APAC offices by processing service contract using SAP
- Deliver the operational efficiency in the back-office
- Accountable to meet Service Level (eg; SLA) and Customer Satisfaction (eg; CS index)
- Monitoring daily performance
- Problem solving to minimize aging transaction and customer dispute
- Proactively interface with unit key users to facilitate transaction processing
- Develop initiative aligned with company direction and lead change management of team
- Execute daily transaction and resolve trouble under proven authority
- Participate in initiatives to improve operation efficiency
- Escalate cases which can incur business impact
Requirement - Fluent level of English
- Experience to manage or coordinate team performance
- Bachelor degree
- 2-3 SAP order processing experience is preferred
