Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operation which include recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS administration.
  • Effectively manage HR policies and procedures which are consistent with the objectives of the organization.
  • Streamline HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review benchmarks and market data of salary bands for all key positions at regular intervals.
  • Oversee the payroll function and ensure all payroll related activities are coordinated on a timely basis.
  • Be the HR professional contact point and provide professionally-sound solutions to all the business head.
  • Contribute to the development of operational frameworks based on strategic plans and execute on these in collaboration within the group.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or any equivalent field
  • At least 8 years direct experience focused on HR generalist duties.
  • Preferably as the HR Business Partner role in a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment laws and regulations.
  • Able to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels.
