Field Service Engineer (home based Penang)

• Install, service, and maintain equipment's condition to ensure good and stable in production
• Conduct training for customer
• Ensure customer satisfaction towards the equipment performance
• Provide overview updates on machine condition and situation after site visit and follow up on customer feedback
• Provide feedback on the status of equipment to the customer after providing any kinds of support
