Job description:
Responsibilities - Prepare LMW report for Malaysia customs (raw material & finished goods)
- Handling of Duty Exemption application
- Preparing of necessary customs and export documents
- Organization of shipment in coordination with forwarding agents
- Archiving of order/logistics relevant documents
- Preparing of statistics and order data analysis
- Assure the comprehensive conformity with national and international rules and regulations enforced in Malaysia
- Freight cost comparison – export and import
- Apply export permit for strategic items
- Import permit application via MITI/SIRIM
- Cost analysis/ preferential certificate of origin application via MITI
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements - Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Preferably with logistic/after sales support/order handling experiences
- Good command of Mandarin language is mandatory, to do communication with china client.
- Able to work long hours occasionally and without tight supervision
- Light travelling is required, when needed
