Job description:
Position : Security Manager Main Responsibilities - Manages and trains security guards
- Conducts patrols and regular checks on all security guards to ensure that security guards are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively
- Maintain highest standards of security within the factory premises
- Investigates security threats and breaches
- Develop security strategies and enforces safety and security procedures and protocols
- Monitoring CCTV and internal alarms
- Presents security improvement plans to Management
Requirement: - Certificate or Diploma, preferably in related field (eg, Safety and Security)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a security management role, preferably within corporate environment
- Investigations qualification or experience is desirables
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation
- Computer literate - Word, Excel
