Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Singapore-based clients. Company's HQ is in Singapore.


• Handle full sets of accounts (including consolidation accounts), GST and compliance matters.


• Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to verify all entries have been created and posted, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and cohesiveness of information including performing bank reconciliation.


• Assist to maintain and administer accounting and payroll administration, as well as provide tax and audit support for the portfolio of clients.


• Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements.


• Work closely with clients and manage their expectations.


• Coaching other team members through sharing experience and knowledge appropriately.


• Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or other equivalent professional qualifications.


• Candidates with relevant 3 years or more accounting/outsourcing working experience are welcome to apply.


• Big 4 applicants with audit experience are welcome to apply.


• Good command of the English language and communication skills.


• Possess strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.


• Meticulous and organized individuals with strong initiatives.


• Proactive in problem-solving.


• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.


• Ability to work within tight deadlines.


• Well-versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), practical knowledge in XERO and Quickbooks is an advantage.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently.


• Highest standards of personal conduct, professional performance and business ethics.
