Job description:
Job Responsibilities: - Handle Singapore-based clients. Company's HQ is in Singapore.
- Handle full sets of accounts (including consolidation accounts), GST and compliance matters.
- Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to verify all entries have been created and posted, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and cohesiveness of information including performing bank reconciliation.
- Assist to maintain and administer accounting and payroll administration, as well as provide tax and audit support for the portfolio of clients.
- Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with clients and manage their expectations.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or other equivalent professional qualifications.
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in related field and training will be provided.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

- Well-versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), practical knowledge in XERO and Quickbooks is an advantage.
