Senior Director, Plant

Our client is a leading semiconductor company in Malaysia. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Plant to spearhead their manufacturing operations and strategy. This position reports directly to the President of the company. 

Job Summary

Lead and drive the overall Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality division as well as to provide strategic directions on improvement activities related to Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Talent Development in order to be globally competitive. 

Also responsible in managing total controllable expenses and investment within budget to ensure business profitability.

Qualification 

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or related field from recognized Higher Institution.

Ability to converse in Japanese is an added advantage.
