Company Background
We are representing our client, a growing solar energy company in Shah Alam, Selangor, in seeking for a motivated and passionate Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, present proposals, and provide consultations on solar solutions.
- Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction from proposal to installation.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements :
- Open for Fresh graduates
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field (experience in renewable energy or construction is an advantage)
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (due to business needs)
- Strong interest in solar energy and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) values
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings or site visits
- Possess own transport
