Job description:

Main Responsibilities

  • Forwarding incoming email (Inquiry and order) to purchaser 
  • Communicate directly with the customers with regard to the pricing confirmation and ensure that their Pos are issued accordingly
  • Communicate with Operation Executive for the fulfilment of the orders
  • Handle all customers related issues which include aftersales matter

Key Skills Required

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • 1-2 years admin work experience in any industry

  • Working day / hour : 5.5 working days - Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm & Saturday 9am-1pm
  • Company benefits : Annual leave start from 14 days, Medical benefits
  • Salary : RM2500 – RM3000+
