Job Responsibilities: 

Live Facebook Events: 

• Plan, prepare and execute live Facebook events, focusing on ensuring high-quality streaming and production.

Graphic and Video Creation:

• Create, design and post graphics and video clips tailored for social media platforms, the website and YouTube.


• Produce 5–7 videos weekly for Instagram and Facebook feeds or stories to maintain a consistent and dynamic online presence.

Photoshoot Management: 

• Manage and prepare the studio for both ad hoc and planned photoshoots.


• Handle the editing and processing of images, as and when necessary, to maintain visual quality standards.

Video Conceptualisation and Production:

• Collaborate in the conceptualisation and storyboarding of videos.


• Develop promotional videos for campaigns and branding across diverse platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. 


• Work with voice-overs and sound effects to enhance video productions.


• Edit video footage and motion graphic design.

Job Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Digital Marketing, Motion Graphic Design, Motion Design, Media Communications, Animation, Multimedia Design or any other relevant field.


• At least 2–4 years of experience in a similar position.


• Proficiency in multimedia design tools and editing software to ensure high-quality content creation.


• Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite: primarily After Effects, Premiere Pro,  


• Photoshop, Illustrator and CapCut.


• Working knowledge of audio tools, such as Adobe Audacity and Audition.


• Knowledge of OBS, technical aspects of running live video production, is a big plus.


• Competent oral and written proficiency in English and Chinese.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.


• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.


• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
