Senior Manager – Product Build

• Technical and architectural activities such as Designing application architecture and application framework to support IT products and initiatives
• Manage team of software engineers and testers
• Spearhead development and roll out of webservices / microservices globally
• Must be hands on in development and providing technical solution
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team members to realise IT initiatives and deliver its implementation
• Working with higher management and business team users to plan and propose IT products / technologies / solutions that supports organisation business objectives and direction set by the CEO
• Participate in requirement gathering and analysis/specification with business users
