Job description:
Requirements (Must Have) - Experience: Min 3 years in mobile UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first designs, user research, and usability testing.
- Design Tools: Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Mobile Expertise: Solid understanding of iOS & Android design principles.
- User Research & Testing: Experience in usability testing and data-driven design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork and ability to present design ideas clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Attention to Detail: Aesthetic sense, typography knowledge, and precision in design.
(Preferred) - Motion Design: Experience with animations and micro-interactions.
- Front-End Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and development concepts.
- A/B Testing & Analytics: Understanding of tools like Google Analytics.
- Design Systems: Experience in maintaining or contributing to design libraries.
- Industry Experience: Background in healthcare, medical, or education is a plus.
Responsibility - Design & Develop: Create user-friendly mobile app designs for iOS and Android, ensuring consistency and functionality.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, interviews, survey and usability tests to understand user needs and improve designs.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional team like Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to align designs with business goals.
- Mobile Design Standards: Follow iOS and Android design guidelines for a smooth user experience.
- Iteration & Feedback: Refine designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain visual identity while adopting industry best practices.
- Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs work well across different devices and user needs.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with mobile UI/UX trends and innovations.
Benefit & Additional Info • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm • Hybrid Working Arrangement: 2 days WFO 3 days WFH. (Thursday is compulsory WFO day.
