Specialization: SALES TELESALES OR TELEMARKETING|
- Responsible to make outbound cold call to potential and new customers on regular pre-defined call cycle to promote and secure new business.
- Responsible to generate new sales leads, qualify all sources of leads and to pass leads to the appropriate sales channels.
- Actively communicate company products and services and understand customers requirement and concerns and provide solution.
- Responsible to manage the on-going relationship with existing customers via telephone and email with objective of cross-selling and up-selling.
- Responsible to turn inactive customers’ accounts into prospects to increase the revenue.
- Assign to achieve monthly sales quota set and sales target by management.
- At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, preferable major in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.
- At least (3) years of working experience in transportation/Supply Chain/Logisticsenterprise is preferred, candidate with logistic background is encouraged to apply.
- Able to work under sales target pressure and tight deadline.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and understanding ofmultinational communication structure.
- Must have excellent selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Good computer proficiency in MS Office
- Priority will be given to those candidates who are able to start work immediately.
