Job Description: - Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities
- Work closely with Facilities managers, engineers, contractors and client
- Carry out site investigation survey and submitting of technical reports.
- Project Management from pre-development through to completion, including the following: -
- Site Assessment and Inspection
- Design development and co-ordination
- Attend site meetings, technical meetings etc to resolve technical issues.
- Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
- Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals - Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
- Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
- Assist and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair to ensure compliance with Singapore’s safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facilities management
- Coordinate with minor works/ A&A project teams and maintenance operation steams
- Draft quotation and costing for minor works/ A&A projects
Job Requirements: - Engineer: Minimum 5 years working experience in ACMV/ HVAC systems/ mechanical / electrical / building/ projects
- Technical Officer: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management managing ACMV/ HVAC system (AHU, FCU) / mechanical / electrical / projects.
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Air-Conditioning/ Building Services or equivalent
- Accreditation by Energy Market Authority as Licensed Electrical Worker will be an advantage
- Experience in using MS Office for documentation and reports
- Building maintenance experience will be an advantage.
- Open for Singaporean & Malaysian who willing to work in Singapore.
