Specialization: MANUFACTURING OR PRODUCTION OPERATIONS
Job description:
Main Responsibilities - Manage new product transfer from HQ, included CBOM review, materials and build readiness, liaise with account holder, engineering and PMC team.
- Review the Margin Report monthly, proposal and execution if abnormal.
- Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
- Managing warehouse inventory issues, included receiving variance, warehouse location, disposal of non-moving.
- Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
- Review MM (material master) checklist & maintain the accuracy of in the ERP system.
- Review the invalid RMA and prepare rework cost.
- Liaise with counterpart in China/Taiwan for ERP system issue.
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing or related position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business administration, logistics, inventory management or related field.
- Knowledge in ERP or SAP system.
