A Reputable Organisation in Banking and Finance industry is currently hiring for Head Of Technology to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office. Overview To oversee and develop Information Technology strategies and computer systems to ensure that they support the company’s goals / vision, ensure alignment with Group technology roadmap. Job Description - Define, update, and implement IT strategy and roadmap.
- Establish IT policies, strategies, and standards.
- Develop, approve and control technology spends and budgets.
- Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
- Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT teams and other staff within the organization.
- Oversee the technological infrastructure in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
- Direct and organize IT-related projects
- Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions
- Coordinate and consolidate IT processes across the enterprise
- Align IT risk management with local regulators and Group policies
Job Requirements - Must have more than 10 Years experience in this field
- Have an in-depth understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
- Candidates who is / was from Banking and Finance industry will be prioritized
